We reached Tekala at 0905hrs - after abt 1 hour of cyling. We met 3 other cyclists at the gerai makan. They are from Sg Besi - they never bring their bicycles in the car like what we usually do but cycled straight from home.
On the way back, the rain started drizzling near the dam n then pouring about 20 mins later.... it was fun to cycle in the rain. Yam was saying than she had a flood in her shoes :) n I was having a tough time trying to follow behind her ... with a fountain of water from her back wheel. We stopped for a few mins at Sg Lui to clear our glasses n oso a loo visit.
Total distance for today was 54km. We did it in 2hrs 5mins of cycling time. We stopped at Tekala for abt 10mins. Cud not go any faster because of the rain n the road was very slippery.
We put our bicycles in the car n I went to hv a good shower at the nearby kedai makan.
Our 'reward' for the day - Nasi lemak bungkus, telor ayam kampung 3/4 boiled, roti bakar n air limau kasturi asam boi. THE BEST IN THE WORLD after burning 1,400calories.

There were a few malay men in the kopi shop ..... thery were talking about penyakit 3 serangkai. So i pun pasang telinga as I never heard about this diesease b4. One of them said dia ada sakit jantung tapi tak ada kecing manis n darah tinggi. Another one was commenting that he had both high blood n diabetes. So rupa2nyra tiga serangkai is when u hv all three of them! n the 2 of them having all three were saying they r the winner.The funny thing was that when they were lamenting about these dieseases, THEY WERE PUFFING AWAY THEIR CIGARETTES ....
