MELAKA N DUKE HIGHWAY- 091007

Today was a record as far as cycling is concerned. I cycled twice in a day at two diff locations about 200km apart! 32.7km in Melaka and 40km on Duke Highway!

I was in Melaka,well to be more precise - KYS, Ayer Keroh at the request of my daughter Cikin. Today was her 1st day for the PMR.

Whilst waiting for her to finish her Pendidikan Islam paper, I took the oppurtunity to tour the area on my MTB. I did 32.7km starting at 1420hrs n finishing at 1550hrs. For a small state, Melaka got lots of hill n some are quite steep.
Left Melaka at 1650hrs n arrived home just after maghrib at 1920hrs. I stopped at Nilai for a very very late lunch.

Then at 2200hrs, I rode the DUKE with the Gedebe gang - another 40kms. We were a bit slow tonite, averaging 25kph.
